We provide live streaming, video production, and event AV for organizations that run events.
We work on conferences, continuing education programs, fundraisers, 5Ks, galas, lectures, TED Talks, concerts, podcasts, religious events, and other live programs. We also produce marketing, recruiting, and web videos.
We do not produce wedding or music videos.
We are based in Metro Atlanta and typically serve venues within a two-hour drive.

Typically, a producer will contact you by phone to gather these details and make sure we understand your needs. If all of the necessary information is clearly provided by email, a phone call may not be necessary.
For new customers, the deposit, minus any sunk costs incurred by TRS (including, but not limited to, preproduction labor, equipment subrental, and purchases), is refundable up to 14 days prior to the event start date.
Events where the deposit is paid fewer than 14 days before the event start date may incur a Rush Fee.
We will confirm your event by email. Your production lead will also contact you to confirm the schedule and next steps.
For customers who do not require a deposit, you can confirm that you accept our quote by email. Once we receive your confirmation, we can add the event to our work schedule.
For customers who require a deposit, the deposit must be received before we officially lock the event into our work schedule. Our Finance team will send you an invoice for the required deposit.
